Jerry Wayne Alderman Jr.

Jerry Wayne Alderman Jr. passed away in his home on March 15, 2024, at the age of 50.

He was born on June 14, 1973, in Raleigh County, WV to Nancy and Jerry Alderman.

Jerry graduated from trucking school and went on to be a truck driver. He took in every child into his house as his own and gave them nicknames. He loved to go ghost hunting and was the best zombies player.

He is preceded in death by his grandmothers Betty and Thelma; his grandfather Alfred; his father-in-law Gary; his brother-in-law Tom; and many aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Nancy of Eastgate, OH; his father Jerry of Beckley, WV; his wife Dana of Salisbury, NC; his children Kirsten, Alex, Jerry, and Isai of Salisbury, NC; his sister Heather of Batavia, OH; his brother-in-law Gary (Kristy); his nieces and nephews Brandy, Katie, Hailey, Nathan, David, and Ava; and his best friends Adam Lilly, Tyler Woolwine, and Tyler Cardwell.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 am -12:00 pm on Saturday March 23, 2024, at Haven Lutheran Church, 207 W. Harrison St., Salisbury, NC, 28144.
